Z20P Pantograph Arm

MAIN DESCRIPTION

The pantograph arms Z20P guarantee a perfect reliability even in the most extreme service conditions. Specifically designed for heavy-duty applications, these arms have the following general features:

They are made of AISI 316 stainless steel;
The standard finish is hand polished stainless steel. Other finishes are available upon request;
For model Z20P and Z20PL is possible to adjust the pressure of the blade on the glass by changing the spring preload;
The partially liftable (Z20P, ZM20P) or fully liftable (Z20PL, ZM20PL) version is available;
It is possible to make various adjustments during installation to have a perfect compatibility of the wiper on the window.
For windows with a recess greater than 75mm, custom-bent arms are made to ensure efficient adhesion of the wiper blade to the glass.

On request, Z20P arms can be equipped with spray nozzles (Z20P.ZZ model). It is also available the heated arm version (Z20PHE model) and the double arm version (Z20PD model), that is when two arms are operated by a single motor unit.

Pantograph Z20P and Z20PL

For pantograph wiper arm model Z20P and Z20PL is possible to adjust the pressure of the blade on the glass by changing the spring preload. They are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The wiper arm model Z20P is partially liftable, while the Z20PL model is fully liftable. Maximum length for pantograph wiper arm model Z20P and Z20PL is 950mm. These wiper arms are compatible with all model with arm fixing «U» shaped, maximum length 900mm.

Double Pantograph Z20PD and ZM20PD

Maximum length for pantograph wiper arm model Z20PD and ZM20PD is 750mm. These wiper arms are compatible with all model with arm fixing «U» shaped, maximum length 900mm.

Heated Pantograph Z20PHE and ZM20PHE

Pantograph wiper arm model Z20PHE and ZM20PHE are heated arm version. They are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Maximum length is 850mm. These wiper arms are compatible with all model with arm fixing «U» shaped, maximum length 900mm. Heating element power supply is 24V.
