S window wiper

MAIN DESCRIPTION

S window wiper shall be used on large sized windows (arm length up to 1200 mm). An essential and captivating aesthetic line and a wide choice of finishes make the S window wipers particularly suitable for applications on Yachts and SuperYachts.

The motor unit is characterized by a compact size, despite having a torque of 80 Nm, easy wiring and maintenance. It is only offered in low voltage (12/24 V) and, for its operation, a switch able to support its current must be used.

S wiper system is constructed out of non-corrosive and top quality materials. It complies with the IEC 60945 standard.

Control system is traditional PWS system control panel.

WIPER MOTOR

Available rated voltage: 12Vdc, 24Vdc;
Superior components are used to ensure long lasting systems;
Adjustable wiping angle and self-parking position side.

WIPER ARMS AND BLADES

Wiper arms shapes and lengths are designed to suit all applications;
Wiper arms springs pressures are carefully selected to ensure smooth operation;
All arms constructed out of non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel hand polished AISI 316;
A wide range of custom finishes are available upon request, for example, black polyester powder-coated and carbon fiber;
Available version with spray nozzles (SP91PL.ZZ type);
Flat and articulated blades. Blade length is selected to suit all applications.

CONTROLLERS

PWS.1V control system: it si designed to operate single speed wiper motors with power supply voltage from 12 up to 30 Vdc. It consists in a control unit and a softouch panel in communication via CAN bus. This system allows synchronization of wiper arms movement, up to a maximum of 5, both in continuous and intermittent operation.

WASHING EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES

Electrovalves for water or purge air supply;
Wash hose kits with various adaptors for securing hoses;
Wall or wiper arm installed spray nozzles;
Fully integrated wash systems including controllers;
Windows custom made antiglear screens.
