LP window wiper

MAIN DESCRIPTION

LP window wiper shall be used on medium sized wiper systems (arm length up to 800 mm) for pleasure boats applications.

It is characterized by a compact design, ease of installation and maintenance, and it is very easy to modify the wiping angle and the end position, even with the motor unit already installed. They can operate in two different speeds. Control system is traditional PWS and LMS control panel. The system complies with the IEC 60945 standard.

PWS.2V	Centralized Control System, which allows 2 continuous speed and 3 intermittence as operation mode
LMS	Developed for two-speeds wiper motors with a voltage from 12 V up to 24 Vdc. The wiper arms movement is synchronized in all working modes

WIPER ARMS AND BLADES

Liftable pantograph L97P and pendulum L97F arms;
Wiper arms lengths are designed for each application;
All arms constructed out of non-corrosive materials such as stainless steel AISI 316;
Available versions with spray nozzles (L97P.ZZ and L97F.ZZ type);
Flat and articulated blades. Blade length is selected to suit all applications.

CONTROLLERS

The modular LMS wiper control is able to manage up to 9 motors, 3 groups, and it allows the wiper movement in synced in all wiping modes It’s possible to turn on motors singularly or all together, to change the wiping mode among the different intermittence intervals and low/high velocity;
The PWS.2V control system is able to manage from 2 to 5 motors, either in continuous or intermittent mode for all wipers operated with synchronization for both modes. When needed, it is even possible to manage the window cleaning cycle;
Suitable for standard switch.

WASHING EQUIPMENTS AND ACCESSORIES

Electrovalves for water supply;
Wash hose kits with various adaptors for securing hoses;
Wall or wiper arm installed spray nozzles;
Fully integrated wash systems including controllers;
